Feb 26th- March 4th Update

This is Captain Rec - touching base on this week’s fishing report.

Live bait fishing -Goggle Eyes is typical bait right now.

What we are catching: Wahoo, Sailfish, King Mackerel, and LOTS of Sails

Amber Jacks on the wrecks along with Grouper and Snapper (if in season)

Mahi should be coming in shortly

Cobia are swimming around with the Sharks

NOAA MARINE WEATHER:

FRI...S winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts to around 30 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft, occasionally to 6 ft. Period 5 seconds. Intracoastal waters a moderate chop.

SAT...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 to 3 ft. Intracoastal waters light chop.

SUN...N NW winds 5 to 10 kt becoming NE. Seas 2 to 3 ft. Intracoastal waters a light chop. A slight chance of showers.
